At the 2008 Canada Blooms, Connie won the award for the best representation of the show theme “Flower Power” with the groovey garden see Canada Blooms “Groovey Garden”
Connie poses in the photo above with her feature garden at the 2007 Canada Blooms which received 2 awards: The S.G. Ulbright Award for “Outstanding Medium Size Garden” and the Certified Landscape Designer Award.
A passion for gardening in the late 80’s led me to a career change and thus enrolling in landscape design at Ryerson Polytechnical, with a certificate achieved in 1998. As an active membership in Landscape Ontario, I enrolled in their certification program which raises the bar in the industry. “Certified Landscape Designer” received in January 2006.
March 2006: Coordinated garden for Canadian Gardening Magazine
April 2006: Participated in the National Home Show “Ask and Expert”
March 2007: Designed feature garden at Canada Blooms winning 2 awards The S.G. Ulbright Award for “Outstanding Medium Size Garden” and the Certified Landscape Designer Award
April 2007: Project manager for installation of garden at the Dream Gardens
